IBP Analyst

We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **Job Description** The Analyst, IBP contributes to Primo Brands success by working closely with the demand planning team to improving forecast accuracy along with minimizing bias in our overall plan. The role will is critical enabler that will manage critical business requirements our IBP System, generation of actionable insights to the demand plan, and help build/manage capabilities related to overall demand management. Reporting the IBP Lead and working with demand planning team along key cross functional business partners, this role will be critical in part of the team in helping manage day to day and long term needs of the Demand Planning team. A great entry level position into Primo Brands and/or Demand Management Function, with exposure to critical processes working with cross functional team and driving/managing key capabilities. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Coordinate, facilitate and manage critical business requirement to ensure integrity of IBP Demand Planning System. This includes managing realignment rules, ensuring proper set up, overseeing data integrity and facilitating best practices oIBP Demand Planning System Management & Integrity - SPOC •CVC Creation - detail what this is (System Set Up) •Realignment Management •Innovation & Promo Pack Set Up •Best Practices Facilitation •Manage Demand Sensing Model adoption criteria/set up by analyzing key variables to determine where model is more accurate while understanding overall impact oDemand Sensing Monitoring •Adoption Flag Management & Monitoring •Exception Management & Analytics •Key contributor with team in generating key insights and capabilities to insights that will lead to action. Ensure these insights are leveraged and build into content generated for key IBP processes/routines across both Demand & Supply. oIBP Analytics & Insights •Routine content generation •Demand Planning Tool Maintenance/Project •End to End insights (Demand & Supply •Will lead the coordination of monthly process to identify obsolete inventory and partner with remarketing sales leads in the selling aged inventory oFacilitate Obsolete Inventory Management •Shopping List creating & management •Work with Remarketing Sales Team on selling •Work with Supply on identification of obsolete inventory •Manage and coordinate key IBP processes that require a single point of contact. Examples short-term demand allocation process, network monthly demand moves, and integrity of source system inputs into IBP System oPartner in System Management & Process •Allocation Process Management •Master Production Demand Change Recommendations •Sales System inputs into IBP Coordination **Qualifications** **Key qualifications include:** •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Business or related field. •2+ years' experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an orientation to detail, accuracy and completeness while understanding high level concepts. •Experience managing system, IBP System preferred •Strong Technical Skills •Team oriented approach to work. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Ability to self-manage and to make one’s own decisions. •Ability to work with level of ambiguity and switch gears quickly while keeping end goals in sight. •Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
