Responsibilities What you will do… Support the ICBM Organization at Hill AFB deliver 400 combat capable nuclear missiles that are safe, secure, and effective Augment Government resources for ICBM WS Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), enabling successful execution of the Government’s responsibility as ICBM Weapon System (WS) integrator Provide knowledge and experience across a broad range of diverse professional engineering, non-engineering technical and management support in multiple disciplines and functional areas throughout the live cycle of ICBM WSs Maintain awareness of progress, technical issues, and status of ICBM programs and efforts to ensure integration with the WSs and smooth transition to follow-on life cycle phases Maintain an integrated sight picture of the WSs, including all acquisition and sustainment activities, and perform predictive analysis to determine where additional Government attention is required Develop products that effectively communicate WS status and identify what is needed to meet requirements and any support required Travel up to 10% Qualifications Required Bachelor degrees in related fields with commensurate experience is required Certifications can be required in highly specialized fields Most clearances will be at the Secret level, with some Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) clearances required across the functional areas Fully adjudicated clearances are required per task prior to commencing work Preferred Relevant experience is highly valued and considered in lieu of degree, especially experience with Air Force nuclear weapon systems ICBM experience is preferred EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
