**Hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators and Production Workers in Middletown, PA!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our production team. This role involves working a consistent schedule with an average of 45-50 hours per week, primarily during the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to Midnight. The ideal candidate will ensure proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products while maintaining our highest food safety and sanitation standards. **Responsibilities** + Ensure proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products. + Maintain the highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements. + Observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Understand the basic flow of ice cream production from receiving, mix formulation, production, storage, and distribution. + Review and retrieve dry goods from the warehouse and place them in an orderly fashion for the night runs. + Review recipes with the batch operator and figure out slurry numbers for the night’s mixes. + Work on weekly task sheets each night when not dumping. + Responsible for washing the tanks and machines when batching is complete. + Operate with safety, quality, and teamwork in mind throughout the shift. + Follow all safety guidelines and rules; environmental and regulatory guidelines; use all required safety equipment. + Maintain quality and cleanliness of the work area and equipment. **Essential Skills** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes. + Experience or training in manufacturing/food manufacturing or supply-chain environment is preferred. + Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions with a high level of detail. **Shift** + Monday - Friday (2:30pm - Midnight) **Pay** + $21.30 / hour. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
