KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Net Revenue Management Manager reports to the Associate Director of CD Analytics and Insights, on a team that serves as a backbone of the function. This team is responsible for many important activities, including :
Building our CD date infrastructure
Building a CD reporting and analytics platform
Building Planogram Automation and analytics solutions
Managing CD Data Contracts
Developing tools and processes to provide world class promo/price evaluation and forecasting
The NRM Manager will lead efforts across CD for promo and price analysis. This includespre-event, post event, and ed price analysis. Success factors for this role include:
Improving trade ROI
Reduction in red events
Improvement in green events
Adherence to SPI where investment is required
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
EC preferred
5 years+ of CPG experience
Experience in a customer facing sales role
Experience in CSP and/or business development
Power user of tools such as excel, access
Clear communicator
Highly analytical

Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900.Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
