**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Coordinate and manage intercompany task across region ie. AMER, EMEA and APAC. + Ensure that the the intercompany recharges between intra-entities are recorded timely and accurately. + Ensure that the intercompany funds transfer and settlement are accurately captured in the system. + Ensure compliance of accounting standards and Group Policies. + Supporting month-end financial close activities, closing the fiscal books accurately and on a timely manner. + Facilitating quarterly and year-end external audits. + Responsible for interacting and communicating with the respective business units to facilitate any special and /or reporting requirements. + Participate in the intercompany related process integration and or improvement projects. + Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy, and strong financial and accounting understanding. + Proven communications skills with internal and external stakeholders, as the role includes providing training on control and compliance related matters. + Willingness to learn/adapt and ability to meet deadlines. **Who You Are:** + Manages multiple tasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines + Positive “can do” attitude, and goal-oriented, critical thinker, creative and enjoys challenges + A good team-player and able to collaborate with other Finance teams, as well as cross-functionally **For This Role, You Will Need:** + At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting + Knowledge of Oracle System will be an advantage + Written and verbal communication in English and Chinese at medium level **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + At least 2 years of working experience in Finance related tasks + Experience working in multinational companies or international firms will provide added advantage **Our Offer To You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
