**Job Title:** ICQA Senior Specialist
**Reports To:** ICQA Manager
**Position Overview:**
The ICQA Senior Specialist manages critical inventory functions, research key inventory issues, and trains ICQA Specialist I and II, as well as other associates. This role requires effective communication across various business units to resolve complex inventory and operational issues, support key DC functions, and ensure process efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage inventory update requests and communicate with DC management and other business units.
+ Ensure timely stock order processing and wave completion.
+ Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shrink, over-receipts, and open quantities.
+ Provide customer service and collaborate with Loss Prevention and Business Solutions teams for damaged goods and RTVs.
+ Facilitate and conduct training for ICQA associates, preparing materials and evaluating progress.
+ Monitor FIFO compliance and prioritize special requests in work schedules.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 1 year of distribution experience (preferably at Ross).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and RMS.
+ Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently, manage projects, and provide training.
+ Previous RF gun experience is a plus.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending.
+ Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
**Pay Details:** $20.48 per hour
