This person will provide security project and administrative support for the Company’s on-premise industrial controls and operational technology systems and devices. They will identify vulnerabilities, mitigate security risk, enforce policies, coordinate testing / remediation, and collaborate with the business engineering teams to uphold the existing security framework and integrate essential security elements and software. **Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:** •Administer and support Information Security policy defined by the CISO, including the usage of standard operating procedures and automated processes. •Conduct ICS/OT security monitoring, alerting, and incident forensics. •Ensure availability and security of factory systems, administer awareness training, manage security tasks, and support IT and business projects. •Provide regular ICS/OT security reports, maintain cyber hygiene, serve as technical support contact for cybersecurity, and communicate requirements and updates effectively. •Results driven with a clear understanding of protecting ICS/OT infrastructure, systems, applications, data, and users against known and unknown threats. •Customer oriented and able to effectively deliver effective cyber security compliance for the company. •Collaborative and inclusive, with strong influence and business acumen skills. •Curious with a learning mindset **Qualifications** **Key qualifications include:** •5 years of experience in ICS/OT Security Administration. •Trained in Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology security standards (ICS/SCADA Security Essentials, Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems, Dragos Academy ICS/OT Cybersecurity Training, or similar). •Extensive experience in the administration of ICS/OT security standards, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and forensic IT audits. •Excellent knowledge of industrial cybersecurity compliance in both the US and Canada including the Purdue Model security framework. •Excellent skills in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, OS hardening. •Extensive Knowledge and experience with Claroty, EIT, SCADA, SAP, Microsoft E5 Security Stack, and CyberArk PAM a plus.
