Overview

Hire Resolve is currently working with a well-established healthcare organization in search of a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join their team. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities: Monitor and assess critically ill patients, providing necessary interventions and treatments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Stay up-to-date with advancements in critical care nursing Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Requirements:
alid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing board Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting Specialized training and certification in critical care nursing Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Salary: negotiable
