Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield coverage for individual and family.Dental plan, 401K plan with a 4% employer contribution, life insurance, sickness and accident insurance.13 paid holidays and vacation pay.Responsibilities:Will operate grinder to complete the ID.OD of parts Work with a variety of materials to produce parts meeting tight tolerances and quality standards.Handle short-run machining projects, ensuring optimal production efficiency.Lift and maneuver parts weighing between 25-30 lbs using available hoists.Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of ID/OD Grinding operation experience preferredAbility to work in a UAW facility with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.Experience in short-run machining projects.Must be comfortable working with parts within the 25-30 lb range.Work Hours/ Environment:Facility is equipped with a shop under air.Flexible scheduling negotiable within 7 AM - 5:30 PM.
