Master’s Degree in Human Services + 1 year Supervisor/Lead experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services + 3 years (1 as a Supervisor/Lead) experience directly working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA), ensuring high-quality services for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Oversees staff management, regulatory compliance, and site safety while promoting Person-Centered Planning (PSP). This position requires professionalism, independence, and periodic 24/7 on-call availability.
SCHEDULE: (exempt/salaried position)
This position generally works Monday-Friday (can vary) to include 2 weekend days a month and 2 evening days a month. The work schedule varies according to program need.
