We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our IDAR Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can help advance our medicines in development at Johnson Johnson Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

· Clinical Portfolio Solutions (CPS): We manage systems and processes supporting Patient Investigator Portals, Clinical trial management, Electronic Data Capture, Trial Master File, Project Portfolio Management and Shared Solutions. · Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.

· Availability to work 40 hours per week from May to December, 2025

Educational Preferences:

Preferred fields of study are data science, engineering, computer science, and/or other health-related or scientific fields.

Payrates:

Technical Degrees:

The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26.00/hr, Senior $28.00/hr, Master’s degree $33/hr.

Business Degrees:

The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23.00/hr, Senior $24.00/hr, Master’s degree $30.00/hr.
