Idea Network Evaluator

What Will You Do?

The Idea Network Evaluator is responsible for the IDEA Network program within their facility. This position will assist employees with understanding how the program works, act as the central information contact for their area, conduct evaluation and cost benefit analysis of ideas submitted by employees, assist in the implementation of ideas and auditing sustainment of ideas submitted by hourly non-supervisory employees and providing continued training at all levels.

What Do You Need?

•Associate’s Degree in Business, Supervisory Management, and or Quality, or equivalent work experience.

•Bilingual Spanish may be required in some locations

•3 years of experience in within Ashley’s manufacturing operations

•Knowledge of cost benefit analysis

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

•Effective time-management and organizational skills A positive can-do attitude
