The Opportunity:
As Identity & Access Management Architect, you will support the Information Security Identity Access & Management (IAM) team, reporting to the Vice President – Information Security. You will work with Information Security, Technology and various Business departments to design and help implement the next generation of identity controls for a growing global financial operation. The successful candidate will be risk minded, has experience implementing a global identity portal, designing solutions at scale and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The Day-to-Day:
Design solutions to improve scalability, resiliency and maturity of the existing Fisher Investments Worker Identity process in collaboration with IAM teams and guiding their implementation by proposing appropriate toolsetCollaborate with interdepartmental teams to improve scalability, resiliency and maturity of the existing Fisher Investments Client Identity management processIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and work with Information Security, or Technology, project teams to get them implementedWork in an Agile/Scrum environmentBring industry best practices into the technology and functional architecture of target IAM platform at Fisher InvestmentsProvide feedback to Information Security leadership for road mapping purposesDocument standards, training, procedures and policiesCoordinate and manage vendor relationshipsYour Qualifications:
5+ years experience in architecting Client Identity Management solutions7+ years experience in the field of identity and access managementTechnical experience in the following: Identity & Access Management systems (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure), Salesforce CRM, Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy maintenanceStrong knowledge of IT systems architecture and design principlesDemonstrated risk assessment and mitigation expertise in IT or ISPreference given to experience in a regulated industry such as Finance or HealthcarePreference given to experience in client portal fraud detection and responseBachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology or related field requiredCompensation:
$140,000-$190,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments:
