Identity & Access Management Engineer

The Identity and Access Management to deliver and manage large, complex Identity and Access Management programs in the areas of Provisioning/De-provisioning, Directory, Highly Privileged Accounts, Access Governance, Single Sign On, Analytics, and Application Programming Interfaces (API) Management. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement connectors and technical components for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, audit and monitoring solutions. Designing and developing integration connectors and interfaces for cross IAM solutions. Enhancing and integrating existing access request and provisioning technologies to a variety of IAM solutions. Integrate role-based access control, Single Sign On, automatic and self-service user provisioning, and reconciliation services with existing applications, systems, and networked devices. Manage user provisioning agents to ensure timely delivery of account moves, additions and changes to meet service level agreements. Critique developed business processes and use cases, translating them to technical requirements, designing provisioning/de- provisioning workflows, and data mappings. Responsible for Single Sign-On & Federation services across the enterprise using the Microsoft Identity infrastructure. Support Migration Planning & Troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery, Configuration and Optimization, and Performance tuning. Responsible for Active Directory multi-forest domain consolidation. The Microsoft products include, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), O365 Identity, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Security Clearance: Requires an active Secret Clearance Education / Certifications: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Business Information Systems discipline for three years general experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field. This position requires candidates to adhere to DoD 8570.01M. All candidates are required to maintain at least one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification. Baseline certifications cannot also be used as a Computing Environment (CE) certification. The authorized certifications for this job title are listed as follows: IAT Level: IAT III BASELINE: CASP CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH CCSP. Experience with a customer service-oriented company. Skills & Technology Used: Ability to troubleshoot servers and infrastructure equipment, assess networking requirements and provide solutions, and make accurate and independent decisions under pressure. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment and to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
