As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Supporting and resolving VDS related incidents, requests, and changes.Being responsible for troubleshooting end user/application authentication/authorization issues connecting to VDS and access/audit logs checking.Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.Adhering with ITIL change management processes.Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support.Learning, partnering with senior teammate to participate in project to polish and showcase your learn skills.

To be successful in this role you

Must have:      

Have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Radiant Logic VDS Administration and Level 2 support.Be willing to work in US and Europe rotation shifts.Have hands-on experience to perform VDS Upgrades and patches deployment.Have experience in view creation and configure LDAP Data Sources using Radiant Logic VDS console or using context builder.Have onboarding/integrate new users and applications onto existing VDS platform.Have creation of HDAP stores and support annual certificate renewal.Have experience in technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, directory services, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.Have experience with supporting IAM in a Hybrid environment (Onprem, Azure or AWS)Have experience with ServiceNow.

Good to have:

Have Radiant Logic training certification.Have experience implementing VDS installation.Have knowledge of Windows PowerShell or Bash shell scripting language.Have knowledge or experience on any other IAM technology such as Active Directory, digital certificate.Have ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members.
