Who we’re looking for
The Toyota Financial Services Information Security Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Identity and Access Management Governance Manager.
Reporting to the National Manager of IAM, the person in this role will work with a skilled team of Identity Security experts, application owners, audit, risk, and business leaders to oversee the compliance of global Identity and Access Management practices. Your role will understand the current operations of the organization, drive strategic improvements to those operations, and oversee the compliance of the identity programs and applications within the TMCC environment.
This role is located in our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee all governance aspect of access control, privileged access management, and identity management
Partner with respective technology owners to understand and improve their services to align with TMCC security requirements
User Access Review Program: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive user access review program to evaluate and verify user access to systems, applications, and data.
Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain user access review policies, procedures, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Partner with key stakeholders, including technology owners and other security teams, to share results, provide insights, and improve the readiness of detection and response capabilities
Serve as a role model for continuous learning, cooperation, and knowledge sharing with teammates
What you bring
At least five (8-10) or more years of experience in Enterprise Compliance in Financial Services industry
Compliance certification (NAF, CCEP, CCCCP, CRCM, etc.) or CAMS
Strong understanding of Financial Services policies and procedures and the ability to analyze and recommend changes that both increase compliance risk mitigation as well as enhance business process efficiency
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, such as CFPB, GLBA and SOX, and their applicability to technologies, applications and privacy laws (GDPR & CCPA) and other legal and compliance privacy and information security requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience

Experience with Sailpoint Identity Governance
Data Science background
Advanced degree with a concentration in an IT related area.
