We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst as part of our Enterprise Information Security department. Enterprise Information Security (EIS) is a part of the Enterprise Technology and Operations division (with 1100+ technical professionals) at Zions Bancorporation. The EIS team is responsible for enabling secure innovation and business growth for 10,000+ employees across 11 states. EIS is focused on creating a relevant security program that will enable our organization’s long-term success. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the security of our enterprise applications through IAM processes and tools. The ideal candidate will add to our awesome team and help our IAM program get better, including educating stakeholders, ensuring key resources are brought together, improving our IAM processes and tooling, and automating our work. You will develop exciting solutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creative approaches within defined policies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in the governance of Security and IAM policies, procedures, and configuration standards.
• Design and build solid processes for user application access, roles, and security.
• Collaborate with IAM Stakeholders and Team members as required.
• Responsible for database mining and querying for custom report development to provide data and metrics for security, compliance, and auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Performing Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts analysis of access for use in automated SOD conflicts control systems.
• Perform Role-Based Access Control evaluations with Role Champions to impose least privileged access.
• Provide technical assistance to the IAM Operations team including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and patch management activities.
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of IAM processes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Prior Identity Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management Process design and/or implementation including Identity Governance platforms and technologies. SailPoint experience preferred.
• Familiarity of Agile frameworks and processes to assist with team execution.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals including proficiency in authoring and contributing to technical design documents.
• Developed skills in problem resolution, data gathering, requirements definition, analysis, & design.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple priorities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus will be the company’s primary technology and operations center.
