Identity and Access Management Analyst Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2025)

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time.
 

Position Purpose: This intern will support Identity and Access Management systems and help implement solutions. They will do basic troubleshooting and coordinate with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues. You will analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.  

Duties:

Process writing for job shadowing program in partnership with IQM People LeaderTesting Hypercare functionality, potentially establishing documentation on "how to" set-up hypercare for IAM TeamsTraining about IAM by partnering with IAM Analyst on IAM Intake itemsShadowing IAM Architecture in designing the IAM Lifecycle Events amongst our technologies, and including key processesProject coordination on Automated Testing Implementation in setting up meetings, taking notes and keeping a risk log ; depending on the individual, perhaps testing the documentation that the developer puts together so we can manage it beyond standing it up

Skills:

Must be a self-starter, work independently and be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated project management skillsAbility to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Pay Range: $18-25 per hour
