The Identity Technical Solution Manager is responsible for leading a team of technical professionals and driving the successful delivery of technical solutions. This position requires a unique blend of people management, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and product management acumen to lead and align the technical architecture of IT solutions for the organization globally. This management position approves solution architecture and manages all financial, technical, and human resources supporting end-to-end IT solution lifecycle ownership. This position provides vision and direction to customers on how technology can be used to increase user productivity, solve complex business problems, and support the mission of the organization.
