Project Summary:
The client wants to perform an evaluation of their current IDM setup and needs assistance in coming up with a roadmap for their enterprise IDM solution.
General Duties/Tasks:
Evaluation of current setup / approach of existing IAM system:
- Identify strong points
- Shortcomings in current setup
Evaluate business requirements and formulate approach for:
- Provisioning / User Lifecycle
- Authentication / Authorization / Policies
- Role based / Risk based / Attribute based
- Governance Model
- SOA
- SaaS / Cloud applications
- Vendor integration
- Reporting and audit
- Access Certification
Infrastructure and capacity review:
- HA / MSHA
- Disaster recovery
Suggest IAM replacement toolset and migration strategy
Required Skills :
- Experience in providing system assessement and consulting for large enterprise systems
- Exposure to multiple IDM solutions and deep understand of identity and access management concepts.
- Experience in working with Directory services for large enterprise
