IdM Associate Consultant Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide application development services using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, OIM, SOA, Web Services, XML, SQL, Oracle, etc. 

• Provide development, implementation, and support of Identity and Access Management Services. 

• Provide expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Mgt. Suite (e.g., OIM, OVD, OID, OAM, etc).

• Key services include user access provisioning, authentication and access management. 

• Participate in delivery and support of IAM services. 

• Interact with various business units to design and deliver solutions and support production systems. 

• System development, testing, implementation, etc.

• Daily production support of IAM systems and services



Must Have Skills / Experience

· BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject

· 3+ years’ experience in Java, J2EE software development and deployment (preferably on WebLogic)

· Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Unix Shell, Powershell, Perl, Python, etc)

· Ability to work effectively with popular IDEs like Eclipse/JDeveloper

· Strong skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues

· Experience in performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

· Experience with LDAP directories

· Familiarity with WebLogic, Linux, MS Active Directory, SQL, Oracle Database

· Experience with Java, JDBC, XML, SQL, Web Services

· Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

· Knowledge of basic Weblogic / WebSphere administration

· Stable record of direct employment



Good to Have Skills/Experience

· Oracle Java / J2EE Certification

· Experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development and integration

· Experience with Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager, etc.

· Ability to design and implement workflow rule-based provisioning solutions to meet complex business requirements.

· Experience working in an enterprise IT environment

· Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), SAML, SPML.
