IdM Principal Consultant Job Description

This position is responsible for developing the overall strategy and design for Identity and Access Management functions. This includes the architecture and design of provisioning systems, infrastructure systems, authentication systems, and other capabilities that support Identity and Access Management functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Translate customer business requirements into technical solution requirements and build robust solution architecture

· Delivering simple to complex IAM technical solutions with limited supervision

· Analysis and design for Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) integration with enterprise applications for SSO, Web Access Management and Provisioning

· Will be responsible for planning and guiding the implementation and application integrations.

· Will be responsible for requirements gathering, interacting with client teams and managing client expectations

· Define the processes required for utilizing an identity management system including: role mining, attestation, account provisioning, cloud/federated access provisioning, and others.

Qualifications:

· More than 10 years of working experience as in a large IT company environment, consulting or a product development company.

· Bachelors OR Master degree in Computer Science preferred with an emphasis on IS/IT majors or minors or equivalent experience in engineering or development organizations where the individual performed complex systems analysis, design and software development and an emphasis on security.

Experience Requirements:

· Experience in building business cases and performing business case analysis

· An understanding of the interdependencies between business and technical environments for identity provisioning, identity infrastructure, and authentication services

· Extensive experience in the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system, application software, security and other related problems that impact system and function availability to strategically design for the future

· Good knowledge of Oracle Directory Services and Oracle Identity & Access Management stack (OIM, OAM, OAAM, OES, ODSEE, OID, OVD, OUD)

· Multi-vendor IdM product knowledge and experience is a plus

· Experience with building highly-available and scalable solutions on top of the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack

· Expertise in enterprise web system architecture application, web, database, server, schedulers, cloud services, etc.

· Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, WS-Security, WS-Federation, etc).
