Overview The Identity Management Sr. Analyst should be a technical expert responsible for supporting our identity management application. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with architects to ensure secure and compliant systems. The Sr. Analyst will also play a key role in supporting the day-day operations using CA Identity Manager and related tools to ensure high availability of the Identity Management system. Responsibilities Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for CA Identity Manager, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance monitoring. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and password management. Monitor system health, identify potential problems, and proactively take corrective actions. Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures. Maintenance and Upgrades: Plan and execute regular maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and backups. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth integration with CA Identity Manager. Stay current with the latest CA Identity Manager releases, patches, and best practices. Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, such as user provisioning, password resets, and report generation. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CA Identity Manager configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with other team members. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices. Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, including security, applications, and infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting CA Identity Manager (Symantec Identity Management) in a complex enterprise environment. Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Symantec (Broadcom's or CA’s) Identity Manager architecture, components, and functionalities including Directory, Provisioning and Connector server Strong knowledge of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and authentication protocols. Experience with CA Identity Manager connectors and drivers for integrating with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, databases, applications). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle Exadata 19c). Additional: Experience with other identity management solutions. Certifications related to CA Identity Manager or identity management in general. Knowledge of cloud-based identity services (e.g., Azure AD). Mandatory Skills: 4+ years of experience with Symantec (Broadcom's) Identity Manager (IDM) or equivalent product development and configuration 4+ years of experience developing workflows, custom connectors, and troubleshooting issues with CA IDM or similar technology 3+ years of experience development experience using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and XML. 4+ years of experience with Linux and Windows platforms 4+ years of experience in data security practices and procedures, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls. Priorities will be given to those with expert knowledge and skill in UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting, JBoss, and Directory Services/LDAP 4+ years of experience with Oracle 12c/19c or SQL Server Database is required 4+ years of experience in Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool Soft skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and self-motivated. Customer-service oriented.
