Skills and Requirements * Technical Expertise: o Proven experience with Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems integration (e.g., kiosks, mobile ordering, payment platforms). o Strong knowledge of system integration methods (enterprise-class, scalable, and reliable). o Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or equivalent integration tools. o Proficiency in cloud-based integration platforms (Azure preferred). * Systems Architecture: o 5+ years in Systems Architecture and 3+ years with Integration Platforms. o Expertise in designing, configuring, and unit testing integration and data migration components. o Ability to develop and manage technical architecture for endpoints and workflows. * Development and Testing: o Experience in application development, IT infrastructure, and debugging. o Skilled in supporting integration, system, and user acceptance testing. * Leadership and Project Management: o Strong project management and resource management skills. o Ability to lead project teams through solution design, testing, and delivery using best practices. o Acts as a communication bridge between technical teams and business leaders. * Strategic Alignment: o Ensures technology decisions align with IT strategy and business objectives. o Develops system roadmaps and identifies integration gaps. * Education: o Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Retail POS system integrations null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
