Responsibilities: + Organize and collect Negotiation claims data and calculate IDR timelines. + Drive claim submissions process on the Federal IDR portal + Monitor email communications from Federal IDR and IDR entities. + Prepare and send IDR fee details to clients for payment. + Track payment determinations, ensuring timely payments. + Monitor claims in the 90-day cooling-off period and submit them when eligible. + Follow up on unresolved disputes or unpaid claims. + Provide weekly client updates on IDR activities. + Assist with overseeing the IDR Representative. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + IDR Experience and knowledge of the No Surprise Act is required + Professionalism and discretion with confidential information. + Advanced MS Excel proficiency. + Strong understanding of workflows, databases, and related software. + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
