The Opportunity:

Work with CACI IDT organization to create Sales Order invoices and submit to customers daily.

Work with a unique team that manages full-cycle inventory invoicing from AP, to Billing, to tracking payments in AR.

Use your skills and experience with Power BI reports, Salesforce, and other systems to create efficiencies and optimize processes.

Collaborate within your team daily to ensure priorities and proper execution are well communicated.

Responsibilities:

Utilize daily reports to identify Sales Orders with open inventory and proof of delivery.

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Help to create efficiencies and automations.

Work daily in Salesforce to ensure accurate information.

Work through email and other ticketing system to respond to issues and resolutions.

Learn and be responsible for SOX controls and DCAA audit compliance guidelines.

Use the Costpoint financial system to create SO invoices in accordance with CACI standards and policies.

Invoice timely and accurately after receiving proof of delivery,

Support of internal, external and government audits as required.

Key contributor within the IDT team for invoicing issues.

Ability to work within the CACI IDT team and coordinate with other IDT stakeholders (such as sales, purchasing, etc) as needed.

Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms: phone, email, video calls, conference calls, etc.

Ability to use COGNOS and Excel on an intermediate level.

Be on the alert for continuous improvement opportunities within the invoicing process.

Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.

 Provides advice, training and guidance to less experienced employees.

 Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.

Qualifications:

Required:

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3+ years of related work experience.

Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$42,400 - $86,900
