Skills and experience for this job:

Experience in managing local and regional projects, ideally in real estate, facilities, and operations where the deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processes.Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.Tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.Comfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, and onsite, in a highly dynamic organization.The candidate must be at ease with launching projects without much data, starting from a blank sheet of paper.Strong analytical capabilities, combining ability to dive deep into data and anecdotal feedback, analyze status quo and synthesize findings.Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones.Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.Hands on approach, show attention to detail and ownership.Proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationships.Great communication skills are a must, combined with ability to moderate large forums, facilitate dialog with stakeholders and clearly present outcomes.An excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.

What this job involves:

In partnership with the Regional Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Managers, Program Managers, and the client drive operational excellence in the regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program by organizing information, providing tools, reports, communications, trainings, and other resources as needed.Lead and own the organization, management and implementation of programmatic needs across all aspects of the regional IFM program.In collaboration with the JLL Regional Facilities Manager and other leaders, support tracking of all JLL deliverables across all levels of the regional IFM program.Communicate via multiple channels with Senior Facility Managers, Program Managers, the client and other leaders to build and sustain strong partnerships to operate in a matrix driven environment.Manage the intake and organization of area level projects and initiatives for review with Regional Facilities Manager and other leaders. Lead, attend, coordinate, organize content and presentations for team meetings at various frequencies including weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Draft and deliver regional team communications.Act as main point of contact for sub-regional FM team(s), in regards to team tools, resources, and to gathering or validate site information and audits.Use tools such as Corrigo, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office to build appropriate tools for supporting operational deliverables, KPIs, and other projects.Assist in the development and management of annual operating budgets.Create and maintain dashboards for KPIs and other relevant information to support the regional teams to visual performance and drive results.Provide feedback as requested as the subject matter expert for regional operational documentation systems.Work across the region to solve customer requests and challenges.Lead and work on special projects either self-directed or in collaboration with the broader regional IFM team or the client team.Comply with all company and regional policies for both JLL and the client.
