The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) team that supports a purpose-built food distribution management system for the USDA’s Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR).
This position will be responsible for gathering business requirements from product owners, working with developers to design an effective solution, and performing functional testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in business writing, specifically authoring test plans and scripts, and documenting business requirements.
This role will work closely with the client and technical resources, including developers and administrators. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, innovative design, and creating quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert (SME) of IFMS for internal and external stakeholdersPerform the day-to-day functions of the Business Process team, including requirements gathering, solutioning, user story creation and decomposition, and unit test plan creationUse Agile methodology to manage the product backlog and assist in sizing and prioritizing change requests with the client and end usersPlan and conduct meetings with the client to discuss business solution options and receive concurrenceUse creative thinking to resolve complex issues that may require adapting existing processesWork with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCreate and maintain data flow and process diagrams for existing and new features and applicationsCreate visual mockups of solutions to review with the internal and external stakeholders and perform demos of in-process workCoordinate and assist in data setup for testing, training, and production environmentsFacilitate the successful, on-time completion of technical solutions through the Sprint process
Qualifications:
Required: BS/BA degree and 3+ years of experience in a software business analyst role1+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment1+ years of experience in an Agile environmentKnowledge in Atlassian Jira and Confluence or equivalent toolWorks well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and within a team environment, including providing guidance to team membersStrong interpersonal communication, written communication skills and customer service skillsAbility to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledgeAbility to communicate effectively with users, clients, and project managementAbility to obtain Public TrustMust be U.S. citizenDesired:Knowledge of Salesforce Experience CloudSAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalentSalesforce Administrator certification-

The proposed salary range for this position is:
