Raytheon is seeking an Execution Program Manager to lead the Integrated Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) 2nd Interceptor (Blk2) franchise pursuit and execution within the Short and Medium Range Ground Based Air Defense (SMGBAD) team. The IFPC 2nd interceptor is a competitive effort to add a new missile to the Army’s IFPC program to defeat subsonic Cruise Missiles, group 2/3 unmanned aircrafts, rockets, artillery, mortars, and other aerial threats. The IFPC capability is a critical priority for the US Army and continues to be a Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) strategic program. The 2nd interceptor development will be Army’s top priority and has the potential to be a billion-dollar franchise solution. The new missile will address the Army’s mid-range to long range threats.
You will report to the IFPC Program Area Director and will be responsible for the leadership of the program team and functional partners in day-to-day program execution through development EMD as well as assisting Capture Manager.
What You Will Do
Assist program capture activitiesLead Day-to-day execution of programCustomer interface of the programSchedule managementSet strategic and tactical direction for program execution by multifunctional team(s) and sub-contractors and other Raytheon/supplier/Customer locationsResponsible for meeting contractual commitments including the financial, quality, and schedule performance using the approved business model and management tools including EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etcEstablish standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management toolsSupport the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligationsIdentify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments that enable program success drivers by program leadership teamsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customer. Responsible for supporting regular reporting to senior leadership on program performance, monthly operating reviews and quarterly EACsCollaborate with senior cross-business team and integrated-business team leadership to ensure the application of appropriate support resources to overall Program execution efforts.Ensure alignment of human and capital resource requirements to achieve contract(s) performanceExpected to support domestic travel as neededQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is requiredProfessional experience in business, program, or project managementExperience leading cross-functional teamsExperience balancing technical, cost, and/or schedule constraintsActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
