In this role, you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities, representing their point of view in meetings and decisions, and anticipating their future needs. Additionally, you will organise leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Designation – Director, Operations & QMS   

Location – Preferred in Bangalore, Hyderabad 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Drive India Acceleration Center operations to enable Territory delivery teams as the one-stop-shop support catering Governance and Programs, Program Management, Data & Analytics, Technology & Innovation, Transitions, Quality & Risks and Process excellence. 

Implement identified strategic priorities with a focus on driving standardization, quality, efficiency, and scalability.​ 

Deploy data driven decision methodology on Demand Management to maximize the effective use of resources, talent, and technology  

Manage overall budgets, expense management, billing & utilization of teams and managing dashboards indicating pulse of the team. 

Partner across various business and functional teams, to contribute to and execute on strategic and operational programs.​

Develop staff; support professional growth and development; coach and mentor team. 

Effective stakeholder management, process influence to add value to the success of the delivery teams.  

Experience:   

Minimum of 15-20 years in operations enablement. Transitions, process excellence and quality programs. 

Exposure to improvement methodologies, technology driven solutioning and supporting large operations delivery teams 

Certification in Six Sigma, Lean preferred, with experience in running large transformations. 

Executive presence, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management 

An eye to detail, good with numbers and analytical skill sets 

A good people’s manager who can effectively coach, guide and mentor the team members on career growth, engagement and team dynamics
