FORT CAVAZOS MISSION TRAINING COMPLEX (MTC) SITE LEAD

On-site manager at the Fort Cavazos MTC, leading an 80+ personnel multi-functional program involving distributed Joint and Army training simulations and exercises. You’ll be responsible for overall scheduling, management coordination, training execution, and manage contractor continuing education training to deliver the highest quality training to the U.S. Army's Soldiers and Leaders.  Here, your work will have meaning and impact as you deliver your best every day.

HOW THE FORT CAVAZOS MTC SITE LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

On-site manager at the Fort Cavazos MTC during operating hours.Leads an 80+ personnel multi-functional program involving distributed Joint and Army training simulations and exercises.Responsible for overall scheduling, management coordination, oversee training execution, and manage contractor continuing education training. Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC.  Routinely interfaces with the MTC Director and provide the MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.Regularly interfaces with the Army Senior Leaders to ensure clear communications across the program effort.Leads the GDIT Mission Command (MC) training team at the III Corps MTC Hub at Fort Cavazos, TX.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: BA/BS, subject immaterial requiredExperience: Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with Military training and training support.Required Skills:  Completed the Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling.Experience in operations and training requirements at Brigade or higher level.A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with training management within an MTC or similar operationSuccessfully served as a Centralized Selection List (CSL) battalion or brigade commander.Security Clearance Level: Top Secret required to startLocation: Onsite at Ft Cavazos Mission Training CenterTravel Required: Up to 25%

The likely salary range for this position is $94,350 - $127,650. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
