You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targetsIdentify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvementsOnce improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processesBenchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

Experience implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)Strong facilitation and communication skillsExperience in change management processesLogical thinking and capacity to influenceResults oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguityExperience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager

What you need to know about this position:

The IL6S Lead will be responsible for spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, leading process optimization projects, and building a culture of operational excellence across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

8+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles, with at least 5 years in FMCG/manufacturingProven track record of successfully leading large-scale improvement projectsStrong understanding of statistical analysis tools and quality management systemsExperience with implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principlesExcellent project management and change management skillsAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical softwareStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels

Education / Certifications:

Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six SigmaBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Job specific requirements:

Develop and execute the IL6S strategy aligned with organizational objectives and business prioritiesLead, and coach teams to lead, complex process improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, and cost reductionCoach and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts, providing technical guidance and project supportFacilitate workshops and training sessions to build IL6S capabilities across the organizationIdentify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis and gemba walksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and best practicesCreate and maintain project tracking systems, KPIs, and performance metricsLead the Focused Improvement pillar to ensure a disciplined system is in place and support the Plant leadership team in the IL6S journey
