Image Review Clerk
WSP is currently initiating a search for **Image Processors** for our **Aurora, CO** office. The Image Processor reviews and processes license plate images that are captured by the Toll Collection System (TCS), this includes analyzing and classifying images. The Image Processor will also be responsible for reporting any trouble with cameras or other equipment to the Customer Service management team. Image Processor may be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company. **Schedule: M-F 6am-6pm Flex.** This class will be in the building a minimum of 2 weeks for training and nesting _(requirement)._ If successful, the agent will move to Hybrid WFH. Our office is located at **22470 E Stephen D Hogan Pkwy, Aurora CO.** **Hourly pay:** $18.84 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. Supervisor may assign other duties. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Review license plate images to determine correct license plate, verifying correct vehicle information and make the adjustment as needed + Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor + Meet or exceed performance criteria established for the position + Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures **Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:** + Good levels of computer literacy + Ability to work at speed and with accuracy at a high level of attention to detail + Must be able to pass Skills Assessment Tests to be considered for an interview + Ability to pass a Background Check and Pre-employment drug screen + Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards **Essential Functions:** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. + Ability to adhere to attendance requirements + Primarily sedentary work but requires the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally, and to walk, stand, and carry items as needed. + Proficient written communication skills are essential for effective documentation and correspondence + Regular verbal communication, active listening, and auditory comprehension to ensure effective interaction + Proficiency in reading, documenting, and analyzing information + Proficient in hand-eye coordination for efficient operation of computer keyboards and office equipment
