Imagery Analysis Instructor TS/SCI Onsite, Springfield, VA We seek an experienced Imagery Analysis Instructor to train personnel in essential GEOINT skills. This role supports military, intelligence, and national security operations by teaching analysts to extract actionable intelligence from satellite, aerial, and drone imagery. As an instructor, you'll enhance national security and military effectiveness by equipping analysts with the skills to interpret imagery for mission planning, threat assessment, and crisis response, focusing on military operations for battlefield awareness and force protection, as well as counterterrorism and law enforcement to identify threats and support homeland security. Key responsibilities include teaching imagery analysis techniques to identify structures, vehicles, terrain, and human activity, training on GEOINT tools such as ArcGIS, ERDAS IMAGINE, ENVI, and SOCET GXP, and instructing on specialized techniques like Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) and change detection. Qualifications include expertise in imagery analysis and GEOINT tools, previous teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring. We require a Master’s degree +3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience for our Level 2 position, and a Doctorate + 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree +15 years of relevant experience.
