Imagery Support Specialist

Maxar is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated imagery specialist/analyst. In a team environment, this individual will effectively manage Maxar’s largest customer within the US government. You will serve as the customer's advocate within Maxar, provides synergy between the customer and Maxar during all stages of the product cycle, and coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent working knowledge of customer and order management systems as well as working knowledge of Maxar products, services, and ISO procedures preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

Processes archive orders and prepare quotations and tasking feasibilitiesPrepares basic reportsPerform Image Archive searchesRoute complex customer and technical issues based on established proceduresTraining and developmentFollows standard guidelines and established proceduresWork under the direction of EOCL Operations Manager

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service/related experienceGIS (Geography) knowledge a plusUS CitizenWilling and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

Excellent written and verbal skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levelsExcellent listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skillsTechnically competent with computer hardware and software systemsEffective problem-solving and basic analytical skillsExperience with MS Office, Word, and Excel software packagesDetail-orientedMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentArcGIS skills a plusSAP knowledge a plusShift work may be required – 24x7 availability (on-call)

In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$66,000.00 - $141,000.00 annually.
