Job Description SummaryThe Private Radiology Account Manager is responsible for proactively developing & implementing a GE HealthCare Radiology sales strategy for their defined area by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with their assigned Private Radiology Accounts within their State, thereby creating growth for GE HealthCare (GEHC).

The Private Radiology Account Manager is accountable to develop & maintain deep understanding of their accounts, while keeping the relevant GE HealthCare teams informed and appropriately involved. Expected to lead multimodality deals while working with the Product & Service teams. This role will report to the Imaging Sales Leader of the respective location.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):

Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territory

Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all Radiology products & services within your private radiology accounts

Represent GEHC Radiology and act as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated private radiology accounts

Provide on-going feedback to Product teams, Service, and Marketing

Leverage cross functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts

Grow GE HealthCare’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures

Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customer management

Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of your accounts to continue to add value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS

In cooperation with Product and Marketing teams, drive GEHC radiology marketing events in assigned territory

Be aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client’s segment

Leverage Product Specialists, Service Account Managers and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to create a competitive differentiation

Coordinate GE HealthCare team on assigned accounts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations

Follow all applicable GEHC policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as proposed by leadership

Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics)

Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally in an Account Management position

Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Strong capacity and drive to develop career

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

Demonstratable organizational skills

Strong negotiation & closing skills

Solid presentation skills

Ability to travel both domestically and international where required

Valid motor vehicle license


Preferred Experience:

Proven and progressive previous experience in sales to clinical, operational, and financial decision makers e.g. CEOs, Operations Directors, Facilities/Estates managers, Biomedical Engineers, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Radiology, Nuclear Physicists etc.)
