As an Imaging Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Imaging Department. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and registering patients: Providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients and their families. Collecting and verifying patient information: Ensuring accurate and complete data entry for medical records. Scheduling appointments: Coordinating patient appointments with radiologists and technicians. Maintaining patient confidentiality: Adhering to strict HIPAA regulations and maintaining the privacy of all patient information. Managing patient flow: Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes. Answering phones and emails: Providing prompt and courteous communication to patients and colleagues.
