St. Clare Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Lakewood, WA, is seeking a Per Diem Imaging Clerk to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our Imaging Department and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist patients: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, verifying their information, and ensuring a comfortable experience.Maintain accurate records: Process patient paperwork, manage patient files, and ensure data accuracy in our electronic health records system.Coordinate schedules and logistics:  Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.Contribute to a positive team environment:  Collaborate with colleagues, maintain a professional demeanor, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities..Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
