Forecasting and Closing Processes:
Lead wing-to-wing forecasting and closing processes for Imaging Primary (Manufacturing and R&D) P&L.
Coordinate and communicate with sub-segment teams.
Conduct variance analysis and present findings to the CFO and Corporate leadership team.
Ownership of HQ P&L.
Monthly Fully Burdened P&L Analysis:
Highlight business performance at sub-segment and regional levels.
Develop EBIT walks and create key messages and stories.
Identify key areas for improvement and present findings to the Senior Leadership Team of Imaging.
Commercial Analytics:
Lead FP&A Op mechs including:
Support in Imaging MOR preparation
Maintain FRP as the “source of truth” tool for Imaging FP&A.
Maintain Imaging Gameboard.
Develop HCFP expertise and partner with Corporate FP&A to improve segment reporting
Digitization and Standardization:
Digitize and maintain internal MORs (Imaging Primary, Region, and HCFP dashboards).
Develop and improve core FP&A processes such as budgeting, estimating, and finance reporting tools by applying a lean mindset to identify and reduce waste.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy-based topics and minimum 8 years OR FMP graduate with 6 + years financial work experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Desired CharacteristicsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Strong knowledge of GEHC financial, commercial and services operating systems
