Supported by the rich community history Dominican Hospital, our doctors provide convenient personalized care to patients throughout the region along the full continuum of care. We operate 18 clinics in Santa Cruz County and feature more than 70 providers with specialties including pediatrics, oncology and hematology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, urology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and urgent care. Santa Cruz County is 70 miles south of San Francisco and boasts great surf, sandy beaches, redwood-covered mountains, and more. **Responsibilities** The Imaging Procedures Coordinator interfaces with patients, surgery facility, anesthesiologists, and providers to perform all functions related to the coordination of scheduling the interventional radiology procedure (includes Neurointerventional, Vascular, and Oncology interventional). *May be required to occasionally work at other locations within the Greater Sacramento Area as needed. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + One (1) year experience in a surgery scheduling setting and/or minimum 2 years clinical back office experience. + High School diploma or equivalent. + Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills are essential. + Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required as is experience with other types of standard office equipment. + Team player, able to multi-task, self-starter, detail oriented and proactive. + BLS from the American Heart Association (cannot be from another provider) **Preferred Qualifications:** + CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CT MA) + Familiarity with an electronic practice management system is preferred. + Experience with multi-line phones/ACD phones preferred. + Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. **Pay Range** $23.00 - $31.17 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
