Sodexo is seeking an **Imaging Service Engineer 2** for **Lowell General Hospital** an acute care hospital in **Lowell, MA.** Under supervision this person will inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems.
**What You'll Do**
+ ensure all medical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner
+ repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical imaging devices; in a hospital or healthcare setting
+ ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
+ specific experience with the following medical devices or equipment: MRI/CT and CathLab; Phillips and some GE

**What You Bring**
+ Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
+ 5 years of imaging experience
+ CT and Cath Lab experience preferred
+ Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
+ Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
+ Scheduling flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

**Qualifications & Requirements**
MinimumEducation Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
MinimumFunctional Experience - 5 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training
