The position does not have clinical rotations built into it; this position addresses time and duties that are above and beyond school requirements and placements. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + File Room Duties – filing reports and films, mail-outs, answering the phones, etc. (see File Room job description). Transporting (see Transporting job description) Front Desk Duties (see Front Desk job description). + Performs diagnostic radiology procedures, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals to include radiation safety. + Prepares patient for exams; gives instructions to patients regarding procedures; assists the patient during the exam and positions the patient. + Explains the procedure to patients and responds to their physical and emotional needs. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** + High School Diploma/G.E.D. + Must be enrolled in an approved ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMTB training program (At least in the second year of the program within 9 months of graduation). + Basic Life Support Certificate from the American Heart Association.
