This position is responsible for leading IMG’s commercial vehicle dealer network as a part of the IMG Ford Pro organization. In this role, the lead will own the development of dealer channel strategies across IMG, that optimizes customer reach, while offering processes and standards tailored to commercial customers’ needs. This role will build out the vision, the organization to deliver on said vision, as well as End-to-end responsibility for the commercial dealer network including:
Commercial dealer network strategy. Definition of compliance requirements and operations governance with local markets. Definition of dealer support processes to connected uptime and CoE operations. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with commercial automotive experience. Thorough knowledge of dealer operations.Ability to travel internationally as required.
Lead the development of IMG’s commercial vehicle (CV) dealer network strategy:
Develop CV dealer network strategic objectives and vision. Ownership of CV dealer success, including: Identify sales and service requirements. Identify dealer benefits and incentives. Identify dealer training requirements. Identify internal process and system requirements to support CV dealer network operations. Lead development of CV dealer program compliance program, including implementation and continuous monitoring governance.
Support agile development projects:
Apply iterative development methodology to test ideas and innovations with pilot projects. Lead CV dealer pilots’ projects for scope definition and KPIs. Support pilot implementation working with regional teams. Support pilot results evaluation and define outcomes.Work with IMG Pro Sales Excellence Manager, regional Market Rep teams, FCSD, Regional Sales teams, Global Pro Market Rep (EU and US), CRC and CoE teams.
