**HIRING!!!!! 1ST SHIFT - $20-28/HR Materials Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Materials Associate at our Costa Mesa and Santa Ana locations. This role involves processing shipping and receiving, preparing stock for shipment, ensuring accurate material movement, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate has excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities. **This is a day shift position (7am-3:30pm) with potential for voluntary overtime and some Saturday work.** **Responsibilities** + Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as needed. + Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product. + Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move. + Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution. + Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority. + Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks. + Courier inventory as needed between company sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa. + Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production needs. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role. + 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tools. + Familiarity with inventory management including Lot, Serial, and Batch tracking at high mix, high production volumes. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tools. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. + Valid driver’s license. + Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks. + Experience with inventory management systems like NetSuite. **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity to work with a leading defense technology company that is transforming military capabilities with advanced technology.
