Job Description
We are seeking motivated General Production employees to join our team in our Reno location, which manufactures and distributes ice packs for the west coast. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading ice packs off a machine. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload ice packs from the machine.Place ice packs individually on a rack, in a box, or on a pallet.Stand for 10 hours a day during the shift.Work on a rotating schedule from 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 3:15pm-2:00am for the 2nd shift.Be available to work on Fridays when needed.Use RF scanners for tracking inventory.Assist with order picking and packing.Essential SkillsAbility to stand for 10 hours a day.Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic math skills for counting.Ability to use a tape gun.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious production or manufacturing experience is a plus.Experience working in a team environment.Order picking and inventory management experience.Forklift experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a climate-controlled warehouse with a team of 15 people, which is expected to grow to 30-40 people in the next six months. Steel toe shoes are required, and gloves will be provided. The job involves standing for long periods and working with a supportive and growing team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50
