Job Description
This position is responsible for properly weighing, labeling, and packaging manufactured products for shipment to customers. The Shipping Associate is also responsible for shipping packages and documents using the SAP system.

Employees receive a pay increase even before training is over, with a $1/hr raise if training on the 1st shift and 2nd shift is their primary shift. This is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing, with excellent training and the ability to grow within the company. Employees can learn new skills and work in different departments, leading to more pay increases.
Work Environment
The company manufactures rubber parts for the aerospace industry, utilizing a lot of injection molding machines and hot presses. The facility is lean six sigma and extremely organized, with designated places for everything from products to office supplies. The machines can get pretty hot, but AC units are working at all times to ensure the facility remains comfortable. This is an ITAR facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
