**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** Warehouse Material Handlers - GTW openings. No THC drug test required, start pending check. This role requires experience with forklifts and walkie riders, but you will not operate equipment for up to 3 months initially. This is a fast-paced receiving and shipping dock environment. Compensation: - C shift: $20/hour, Sun-Thu 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, with required work until 3:30 PM. Potential for a 6th day on Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM. - 1st shift: $20/hour, Mon-Fri 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, with required work until 2:00 PM. Potential for a 6th day on Saturday. - 2nd shift: $20.50/hour, Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with required work until 12:00 AM. Potential for a 6th day on Sunday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Permanent Employee Benefits: - Additional $2/hour for all hours worked after 6 PM, increasing pay to $23/hour after 6 PM. - $1,000-$1,500 monthly bonus for attendance, accuracy, and productivity. Job Duties: - Initially perform normal picking and stacking tasks. - Operate an electric pallet jack/walkie rider for 60-70% of the day after training (may take up to 3 months). - Load and unload trucks, process and separate orders by product number using an RF scanner. - Verify product locations and quantities, stack boxes on pallets, shrink wrap finished products, and stage for shipment. - Train on equipment such as forklifts and walkie riders after the first month. Work Environment: - Warehouse with approximately 60 employees, looking to add more. - Hot in the summers, cool in the winters. - Required to wear steel-toed boots or work boots and blank t-shirts with no graphics.
