**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various assembly tasks and will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the production process. You should be comfortable standing for the entirety of your shift and be willing to work collaboratively with others. **Responsibilities** + Documenting received parts and materials. + Performing factory resets by manually pressing a button. + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs. + Performing Wi-Fi tests on units. + Conducting elevated temperature tests. + Cosmetic cleaning of units. + Performing cosmetic repairs. + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Kitting parts and materials. + Building pallets for packing out kits for AT&T. + Shipping completed units. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable standing for the entirety of the day. + Ability to work well with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience with assembly, packing, and repair. + Familiarity with soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Join the start-up of a major partnership that offers growth opportunities into Lead, Supervisor, and Manager roles.
