Job Summary

Work with crossfunctional teams to understand data collection requirements troubleshooting

Assist with device intake and shipment across locations

Managing device software by manually updating or validating software commands

Gather user feedback preferences research data based on requirements from the client


Responsibilities

Facilitating onsite and remote data collection studies

Work with crossfunctional teams to understand data collection requirements troubleshooting

Assist with device intake and shipment across locations

Managing device software by manually updating or validating software commands

Gather user feedback preferences research data based on requirements from the client

Scheduling compiling results documenting troubleshooting technical issues

Create process documentation training materials best practices and represent data with charts and graphs for easy consumption by client stakeholders

Collaborate with team members on data validation deriving key insights coordination task prioritization and communicate updates about fixesedits to tools programs used for collection

Triage operational issues make recommendations for how to alter process based on observations

Document and report on collection status adhere to key timelines and milestones identify data gaps and serve as a conduit between operational and technical teams

Update information in internal planning tools and platforms as necessary such as logging and tracking all activities and appointment minutes

Utilize internal tools to engage with participants track communications deliver results

Minimum Qualifications

Customer relations management skills

Ability to provide instructions guide users and support them through remote troubleshooting clearly and effectively

Ability to clearly and effectively identify issues and escalate them timely based on instructions provided

Ability to operate and proficiently use various hardware and devices

Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment

Able to follow guides that contains instructions on

Commands to run on physically connected devices

Using the command line to movecopy files to connected devices

Using shell scripts

Basic HW debug skills to validate and test the units

Advanced queries or data manipulation techniques

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Fluency in the English language

Skills

13 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelors degree preferred

Strong handson knowledge with Linux comfortable in the terminalconsole with SSH experience

Able to use VSCode to remotely debug collection stations

Able to readedit JSON files if database needs editing

Able to quickly understand and get familiar with custom Hardware solutions

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate issues with detailed reproduction steps to stakeholders with various degrees of technical knowledge

Able to provide feedback when new hardware doesnt meet expectations wrt fit hardware quality comparing with previous iteration to determine differences

Attention to detail and thorough workstyle

Experience working in digitaltechnology companies with tech products

Have a strong understanding and passion for technology and enjoy keeping up to date on the current trends

Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fastpaced constantly evolving team environment with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy

Must be a self starter with willingness to embrace change quickly learn new technologies work closely as a member of cross functional teams and be open to new ideas and processes

Responsible for fulfillmentcompletion of deliverables within area of responsibility within set timelines

Knowledge and interest in ARVR


Certifications Required
