Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Santa Barbara, California, for an Immigration Attorney with a focus on employment-based immigration law. In this role, you will be handling a variety of business immigration matters, except for permanent placement and H1-B. You will form part of a team of legal professionals, providing expert legal advice and support to our clients. This role is based in a hybrid work environment, allowing for both office-based and remote work. This team is tenured! Immigration Attorney Responsibilities + Handle business immigration cases, focusing on EB-1, EB-2, and National Interest Waivers. + Manage E-, L- level work related to immigration. + Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their immigration matters. + Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient handling of all matters. + Stay updated with changes in immigration law and adapt strategies accordingly. + Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive immigration services. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. + Ensure all client records and applications are processed and maintained accurately. Compensation: + Salary up to $140k + Year-end bonuses + Profit sharing – kicks in after 24 months with the firm + Medical is covered entirely for the employee + 401k + Onsite parking Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Must be a member in good standing with any U.S. state bar. • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an Immigration Attorney.
